For Institutions

Markets, the economy, and the world that moves them — taught in your hall.

Sagar U.S. has spent eighteen years in the Indian market as a researcher and a trader, and has taught more than 80,000 people across sixty-plus institutions. Three programmes are offered to colleges: a free guest talk, a faculty development programme, and a two-day student workshop. Before any of them, a free introductory session — so you and your students see the teaching first-hand, at no cost and with no obligation.

The three programmes
Guest talk · 60–90 minutes · no charge
Nine of Ten

SEBI’s own studies show roughly nine in ten individual traders in the derivatives segment lose money. This session is about why — and it is built for every student in the hall, not only commerce. Open to any class, any stream, any number.

Faculty development programme · for teaching staff
Built around your department’s theme

A session for faculty rather than students, on any of the subjects we teach. “Geopolitics and Its Impact on Indian Markets” is the one departments ask for most often — how a decision taken abroad becomes a price on an Indian screen — but tell us the theme and we will build it. No expectation attached.

Student workshop · two days
Reading the Market — Foundation Workshop

Two days on how a market is actually read: what moves prices, who is on the other side of a trade, how to weigh risk before return, and the temperament that decides most of the outcome. Every student keeps permanent access to the recorded course afterwards.

Who conducts them
Campuses covered

Jain CMS B School · CIMS B School · MES Institutions · Christ College · New Horizon College · Sindhi College · Presidency College · Don Bosco Institute of Management · Dayananda Sagar College — and fifty more campuses.

What is never done in your hall

No stock is named. No buy or sell call is given, no price target, no promise of returns. No broker, platform or intermediary is named or recommended, and Stocktale has no referral or commission arrangement with any of them. Sessions use index and economy data only; where individual company data appears at all, it is thirty days old or older.

Stocktale is a market commentary and journal, and Sagar U.S. is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. That is the design, not a limitation — those registrations govern people who give advice on securities, and no advice is given here. The purpose is the opposite: a student who can read the market for himself and never needs telling.

What the institution provides

A hall, a projector, and a date. That is all.
